I'm currently working on a minecraft map/modpack that adds Hirst Arts Blocks into Minecraft. So far i have created all the blocks from mold 40. it's not much but it is a proof of concept. I would have accomplished more but I just got called in for a 48+ hour shift at work in an hour and had to drop things. My next project is to clean up the modpack and add the Gothic Dungeon molds and the octagon tower mold(The diagonal blocks will be a challenge so I want to make sure I can accomplish it. My goal is to be able to virtually build out ideas and get needed block counts. for example the 3/4 of an inch block from mold 40 is called "#40 Block 3/4" so using a tool provided to scan a build you can quickly count how many instances of that block in the scan.
I know it's not much yet in this image is a wall made out of all the blocks available in mold #40.
Technical Details: its a forge modpack for 1.20.1 that uses the littletiles mod to create the blocks as well as a few other tweaks and bitsfor QOL.
the scale i'm using is 2 blocks equals an inch. Which if you say an inch is 5 ft for hirst art block is just a bit oversized but makes building easier.
Something a bit different but related

Hi
That's clever.
Is there some ruler toalign the block in XY directions or do you have to manually adjust them ?

I like the idea - getting a rough block count has always been a frustrating thing for me
Re: Something a bit different but related
Mold #45 is mostly done.
I still need to adjust the small arches to mesh well with the small curved panels but the sun came up.
And just a quick test of things.

And the mold is "finished" I have some decisions to make. The slanted edges on the basic build blocks makes them look distinct and seperate but make building a pain (it's pixel placement and the slopes dont count as pixels). I'm going to finish building all the pieces from the basic dungeon tiles page and if it's too frustrating I'll just give them a dark, flat edge. meanwhile I've built the main crypt from that instruction page.
I didnt include the bits that need the floor tile mod but I'm just trying to see how easy it is to build with these.
So far building has been a breeze with anything divisible by 1/2 inch. its the smaller things and odd sizes where you cant snap it to grid and have to manually place it. My eyes are old.

Nice work! It looks like a fun project. At first I was confused about the large blue wall, but then I realized it was supposed to represent the mold.
What is the purpose of the blue blocks under the normal blocks 3 photos up?

Re: Something a bit different but related
No special purpose, per se, just my "work surface". The blocks outside on them are in a raw state and able to be further edited the ones up in the mold are like "clones" of the original and you cant edit them further.
After I get more molds done, and with your permission, I'd like to host where if anyone is interested they can use it too. I plan to plainly point out the source and provide links, etc.

That sounds fine to me.
